Abstract

Kepercayaan diri sudah pasti menjadi salah satu faktor penentu suksesnya seorang atlet, karena hal tersebut yang pada akhirnya akan berdampak pada penampilan atlet saat bertanding dan dalam mencapai sebuah prestasi. Tujuan dari dari artikel ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan tentang pentingnya faktor mental dalam mencapai sebuah prestasi, (2) mendeskripsikan tentang pentingnya kepercayaan diri pada atlet bola basket menjelang pertandingan, (3) mendeskripsikan bagaimana membangun kepercayaan diri atlet bola basket menjelang kompetisi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi literatur yang relevan untuk dikaji secara konseptual dan disimpulkan dari hasil bahasan. Hasil dari pengkajian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Faktor mental sangat penting dalam mencapai sebuah prestasi atlet bola basket, hal ini disebabkan jika atlet memiliki mental yang baik maka akan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri (2) kepercayaan diri sebagai kualitas penting yang harus dimiliki oleh atlet elit untuk melindungi dari pikiran dan perasaan yang berpotensi melemahkan yang dialami dalam situasi kompetitif. (3) Membangun kepercayaan diri atlet  dapat dilakukan dengan selalu berfikir positif, latihan simulasi untuk mencari pengalaman bertanding, dapat dilakukan saat latihan dan saat menjalankan try in/try out, lakukan self-talk, motivasi dari dalam dan luar, tentukan tujuan/goal setting dan mengikuti program latihan mental.

Abstract

This study aims to test the relationship of agility with women's football playing skills. Methods used correlational research. The study was carried out on the players of Putri Mataram Sleman with a total sample of 20 players and an average age of 15-20 years. Players perform exercises with a frequency of 3 times a week. The instrument used to measure the agility of the Mataram Women's Player is the Illinois Agility Test with a validity of 0.87. Football skills ability using David Lee development test. Based on the statistical analysis of the normality test that has been carried out using the Shapiro-Wilk Test, the significance value is 0.085 0.05 which means that the data is normally distributed. In this study the correlation value obtained was 0.964. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between agility and football playing skills since the significance value is 0.964 0.05. Based on research conducted by researchers, it was found that agility correlates with the football playing skills of the Princess Mataram Sleman player.

Abstract

Swimming is an achievement sport and recreational activity that aims to relieve mental stress by balancing physical and psychological conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine interest in participating in swimming training at Club Tirta Alvita Yogyakarta. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were children taking swimming lessons at the Tirta Alvita Yogyakarta Club with a total of 21 athletes. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 21 athletes. Data analysis in this study uses a Likert scale. Data analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive statistical analysis. From the results of the study showed that the results of interest in swimming training with a percentage of "always" was 42.85% with a total of 9 athletes and a percentage of "often" was 57.14% with a total of 12 athletes. So it can be concluded that the category level of the percentage of interest in swimming achievement training at the Tirta Alvita Yogyakarta Club is in the moderate category with a percentage of 57.14%.

Abstract

Model Latihan sepak bola untuk usia muda harus sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan usia dan kebutuhan permainan dalam sepak bola. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah (1) Mendeskripsikan pentingnya latihan Basicskill sepak bola untuk siswa Sekolah Sepak bola (SSB); (2) Mendeskripsikan Latihan basic  skill sepak bola bagi pemain usia muda; (3) Mendeskripsikan metode latihan basic skill sepak bola untuk siswa SSB usia 10-12 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui literatur review yang relevan untuk dikaji secara konseptual dan disimpulkan dari hasil pembahasan. Hasil pengkajian ini menunjukkan (1) Latihan basic skill untuk siswa SSB usia 10-12 tahun sangat penting; (2) Latihan basicskill sepak bola bagi siswa SSB usia 10-12 tahun meliputi skill passing, receiving, dribbling, dan shooting; (3) metode percerption, decision making, dan execution dapat digunakan sebagai metode latihan basicskill sepak bola bagi siswa SSB usia 10-12 tahun. Metode dan model latihan yang tepat sangat diperlukan dalam program latihan sepak bola Indonesia. Metode latihan PDE mengarahkan pemain untuk tidak hanya fokus pada aspek eksekusi, tetapi juga aspek presepsi dan pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

The role of parents in supporting the sports achievements of football school students in Sleman Regency is relatively lacking, creating potential inhibition in improving the achievements of these young athletes. This study aims to determine how big the role of parents in supporting sports achievement in football school students in 15 football schools in Sleman Regency and find out the coach's views on the support provided by parents to children in improving achievement. The method used is mix methods, the first sample is all parents/guardians of SSB members in Sleman Regency totaling 290 people. The second sample was all SSB trainers in Sleman Regency totaling 15 people. All data was retrieved using simple random sampling techniques. Data collection instruments using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis expressed in the form of percentages. The results showed that the large role of parents in supporting sports achievement in football school students in 15 football schools in Sleman Regency was in the category of "very less" by 3.45% (10 people), "less" by 33.10% (96 people), "enough" by 29.66% (86 people), "good" by 26.55% (77 people), "very good" 7.24% (21 people). Based on the average score, the role of parents in supporting sports achievement in football school students in 15 football schools in Sleman Regency is in the "less" category. It was concluded that the support provided by parents to children is very important in improving achievement because parents are the closest people from birth. Future research could explore strategies to improve parental support
